Services

We provide freelance WordPress website development services, including appointment booking system configuration. All services are provided on a project or agreed-scope basis.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing all required assets, including paid plugins, hosting, and domain names. These items are not included in the service fee and are not refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for paid plugins, hosting, domain names, or any thirdnparty services
purchased directly by the client. Partial refunds may be issued for development work depending on
project progress and circumstances.

Revisions and Scope Changes

Project revisions are limited to what is defined in the agreed scope. Additional work may require a
new quote.

Timelines

Delivery timelines depend on client responsiveness, availability of assets, and project scope. Liftclix is not responsible for delays caused by late content or approvals.

Liability

LiftClix is not liable for losses arising from website downtime, plugin conflicts, hosting issues, or third-party service failures.

Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid before delivery of final files or website launch unless an alternate written agreement exists.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the website design and content. LiftClix retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

Security Disclaimer & Responsibilities

While industry-standard security practices are implemented, no website or server can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

The following are outside the scope of standard website development:

  • Third-party plugin vulnerabilities
  • Hosting provider outages
  • Zero-day security exploits
  • Client-shared credentials or insecure passwords
  • Client-installed plugins or modifications after handover

Security updates and monitoring are provided only under an active maintenance plan.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials confidential
  • Informing the developer before making major changes
  • Renewing hosting, domains, and plugin licences on time (unless managed by the developer)

Termination

Either party may terminate the project by written notice. Any work completed up to the date of termination must be paid for.
